Lakeside Construction worked collectively with experts to ensure the architectural and engineering requirements involved in building a house over the water have been addressed.  Specialized construction products and techniques have been employed in these unique homes.

The entry level is shared with guest suites and recreational areas while main living quarters hover quietly over the boat garage, sitting majestically on the edge of the harbor. 

The dock and lower deck are used as a family gathering spot for waterfront activities while the second floor deck becomes amore a private retreat for the owners to enjoy harbor views.
