Foundation House

Lakeside Construction was the proud builder of the award winning BIA Foundation House at the 2007 Parade of Homes.

The Foundation House, a "Gothic Revival" style house with "cottage"detailing inside and out was designed by architect Dan Keiser of Keiser Design Group. It boasts 4,495 SF of living space (including finished lower level), four bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, "hearth room," 3-car side entry garage, and much more. It will be a showcase of Lakeside's craftsmanship and attention to detail, symbolic of our commitment to Absolute Customer Satisfaction!
